Why did I receive a bottle/box that looks different from the photo? 
Our product is now packaged under the name 'OEM Natural Hair Growth Oil,' which reflects our updated packaging. If you have any concerns, feel free to contact us at info@herlixer.com.

When will my order be shipped?  
Orders typically ship within 1-3 days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.

I didn't receive a tracking number or confirmation email. Please check your promotions, social, and spam folders. If you still can't find the email, contact us at info@herlixer.com.

When will my order arrive? 
Orders are usually shipped directly from our manufacturer to reduce our eco footprint. While we aim for delivery within 7 business days, please allow up to 15 days before reaching out.

Can I submit a return?  
Please refer to our returns policy to determine if your order is eligible for a return.

What if I want to change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, it generally can’t be changed or canceled. However, contact us as soon as possible at info@herlixer.com, and we’ll do our best to assist.

Can I use your hair oil if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding? 
Please consult your obstetrician to ensure it's safe for you. While our product is vegan and natural, it's always best to check with your doctor.

Does your hair oil work for men?
Absolutely! Our oil works for everyone, and many men have seen great results.

Does your hair oil work on colored or processed hair?
Yes! Our oil targets the follicle, so it’s effective on permed, processed, or color-treated hair.

How do I apply your hair oil?  
Apply a few drops directly to your scalp, using your fingers or a scalp massager to distribute the oil evenly. For targeted treatment, focus on specific areas of concern. Apply once daily to a clean scalp, ideally before applying dry shampoo or other products.

How long will a bottle of your hair oil last? 
Generally, one bottle lasts 1-2 months. We’ve recently increased the bottle size, so you get even more value per purchase!

I have sensitive skin. Is it OK for me to use your hair oil?
Our oils are natural, but skin sensitivities can vary. We recommend performing a spot test on your inner arm to check for any adverse reactions.

When can I expect to see results from using your hair oil?
It typically takes 2-4 months of daily use to see noticeable results. Consistency is key!

Will the hair oil work if I have dandruff?
Yes! To get the best results, apply the oil to a clean scalp and use it regularly. Massaging the oil into your scalp can help increase circulation and improve results.
